Cancelation Policy

Must give us a 24 hour notice of appointment cancellation. If less then 24 hours, please call the salon 1-517-295-8192

so we can try to fill our stylists books with our client waiting list. If you call to cancel last minute twice, we will require you to put card on file and pay 50% deposit in order to book your next appointment. We appreciate you so much, and thank you for understanding.

No Call | No Show Policy

One no call, no show will automatically require payment in full to book your next service as this timeframe cannot be filled. We will have the right to refuse you as a client when this is made a habit.

Extension and Brazilian Blowout Policy

The purchase of your hair for an extension appointment will serve as the deposit to hold your spot. Brazilian Blowouts require $100 deposit at the time of booking, due to the length of this appointment.
